A singles win for Walton on Friday would tie him with Boris Conkic for the eighth most singles wins in program history. The rise in the history books comes after passing Mikelis Libietis for ninth place on the all-time singles wins list in Tennessee’s win over Texas A&M in Seattle.
UT graduate student Mark Waller reached a career milestone on Tuesday, as their 6-4 doubles victory on court three with Johannus Monday on Furman’s Burnam/Poritzk scored the 50and double victory of his collegiate career. Wallner has been a steady hand at Tennessee’s No. 3 double this year, going 6-0 there with Monday this double season. The win was Monday’s 40and double triumph since joining the Vols.
